1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phophen ("phophen," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phophen.club and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the phophen platform, or using any service offered by phophen — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, fishing games, Bingo, and e-Sabong — you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the phophen platform in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all players accessing phophen from the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and all other regions and provinces across the archipelago.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active phophen account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where your use of phophen services would constitute a violation of local, national, or international law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of phophen, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a phophen account terminated for cause, including for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You are accessing phophen for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

phophen reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may request documentation to confirm age, identity, or residency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) phophen account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, fictitious name, or invalid Philippine mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phophen account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phophen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree to notify phophen immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phophen may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of payment methods used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phophen platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment channels available at the time of the transaction, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are credited to the phophen account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phophen is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phophen targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed in the event of KYC verification requirements, technical maintenance, or fraud review. phophen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

You agree that you will only deposit funds from payment sources that belong to you. The use of phophen for money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phophen offers various bonus promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time of each offer.

• Bonuses may only be used for entertainment purposes on the phophen platform and may not be withdrawn directly without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• phophen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematically exploiting bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are not available to players in jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the phophen platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer or multiplayer tables.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, exploitation of software bugs, or game manipulation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any phophen software or content.
• Using phophen for commercial purposes, including operating as an agent for other players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward phophen staff or other players.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or self-exclusion tools using VPNs or proxy services.

phophen reserves the right to void winnings, suspend or terminate accounts, and recover funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phophen platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, user interfaces, logos, text, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phophen or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phophen platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the content or software. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phophen content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phophen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

phophen does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party provider disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. phophen will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will not be liable for gaming sessions interrupted by technical issues outside its direct control.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by consumer protection law, phophen's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

9. Responsible Gaming

phophen provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the Account Settings menu after phophen Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total amount wagered per period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a session exceeds a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all phophen services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the elected period.

phophen strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access or use the platform. Players who suspect they may be experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to contact phophen's 24/7 support team for assistance and self-exclusion options.

10. Termination

phophen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phophen reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false identity or eligibility information.
• Continuation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to phophen.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion request or exclusion order.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the player's verified payment method at phophen's discretion, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to phophen. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phophen operates in alignment with the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit PAGCOR's regulatory authority over online gaming operations in the Philippines.

12. Amendments

phophen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email to the address registered on their phophen account, or through a notification displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of the phophen platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever substantive changes are made.
